1. Definitions and General Terms

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 222bat website and all associated services. "User" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform. "Account" refers to each user's individual personal account.

222bat is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. It is the responsibility of every user to read and understand these terms and conditions fully before opening an account or using any service on this platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of platform policy and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth, and contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension and withdrawal requests being held.

3.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Passwords should not be shared with anyone, and sessions should be ended after logging in from an unfamiliar device. 4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 222bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are set methods and limits for deposits and withdrawals that apply equally to all users.

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method used.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, 222bat may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This process is the same for all users and is part of ensuring platform security.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

222bat offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms that must be read carefully before use.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, total betting of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds may not be used in any fraudulent or artificial betting pattern.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met.
• 222bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

All games and betting services available on 222bat operate according to the rules set by their respective providers. The rules for each game are described within the game itself, and users are expected to understand them before playing.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, and other sports operates according to the set market odds. If a match is cancelled or postponed, 222bat's decision regarding that market will be final.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet cannot be processed due to a technical fault, internet disconnection, or server issue, 222bat reserves the right to void that transaction. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the account.

6.3 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through software bugs, the bonus system, or any other means may result in the account and all associated deposits and winnings being forfeited.

7. VIP Program and Cashback

222bat has five VIP levels for regular players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit calculated based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

For example: if a Gold level member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Cashback is calculated automatically each week. Moving up from one level to the next depends on the user's regular activity.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 222bat platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or AI tools.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Colluding with other users in violation of the rules.
• Misconduct or harassment directed at 222bat staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

222bat does not provide financial compensation for temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues. 222bat bears no liability for losses resulting from problems with third-party servers, payment gateways, or internet services.

Participating in gaming or betting is each user's own decision, and the user bears full responsibility for the financial consequences of that decision.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Mobile App Terms of Use

The 222bat Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. Downloading the app from third-party sources may create security risks, and 222bat bears no liability in such cases. These same terms and conditions apply to use of the mobile app.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a user and 222bat, users are asked to first contact the support team. The majority of issues can be resolved through direct discussion.

If a user is not satisfied with the support team's decision, they may submit a written appeal. 222bat reviews all appeals impartially and communicates its decision within a reasonable time.
